To become a participant in the AmeriMark.com Affiliate Partner Program, please submit a complete Affiliate Partner Program Application to the LinkShare Network.

Please note that while we try to respond to approval requests quickly, we receive a high volume of approval requests every day. For this reason, you may not hear from us immediately. However, if you do not hear from us within a reasonable amount of time, or you have questions concerning our program, please let us know.

AmeriMark Direct ships to customers that are located in the United States and territories of the United States, including continental US and US territories (that have US zip codes); American Samoa, Guam, Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and US Virgin Islands only.

A wide selection of banner ads and text links are available for placement on your web site. Once you are approved for our program, you can use the code we supply to generate links from your site to ours.

We will not be able to accept any Applicants that have websites:

• Containing graphics or content perceived as offensive or controversial, including that of a sexual, violent, or political nature.
• Featuring or promoting discrimination of any type such as those that are based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age.
• That are harmful or featuring activities involving unusual or extreme risk to life or to the environment.
• Selling, promoting, or targeting an audience based on alcohol, tobacco, firearms, or any illegal or controlled substance.
• That are unlawful or related in anyway to illegal, criminal activities.
• That are threatening, defamatory, obscene, harassing, racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable.
• Violating intellectual property of AmeriMark Direct, LLC (AmeriMark.com), or any other third party including unauthorized links. Affiliate Partner Site(s) domain name(s) cannot and will not contain the AmeriMark Direct, LLC marks or any misspellings or variations of those marks.
• Using AmeriMark Direct, LLC, AmeriMark Direct, AmeriMark, Beauty Boutique, BeautyBoutique, Windsor Collection, WindsorCollection, Complements by Anthony Richards, Complements, Anthony Richards, Healthy Living, HealthyLiving, Essentials, Essentials by Anthony Richards, variations or misspellings thereof in the domain name, other HTML tags, or content that is otherwise considered offensive or inflammatory at the discretion of AmeriMark Direct, LLC .

Affiliate agrees not to exploit any AmeriMark Direct, LLC marks to influence the affiliate partner sites ranking in search results on any search engine, or for any other reason. Affiliate will not post any coupon codes or discount offers unless they are provided specifically for Affiliate Partner Site(s) through LinkShare.

Affiliates agree to adhere to the Federal Government ''CAN-SPAM Act of 2003'', S.877. Affiliate will adhere to the DMA (Direct Marketing Association) Best Practices.

Affiliate Partner Site(s) will not buy or bid on any of the AmeriMark Direct, LLC company names or any variation on any pay-for-placement search engine. You may not bid on any AmeriMark.com trademark keywords in Pay per Click Search Engines (PPCSEs), (or a derivation of a trademark, or any other word or term that is likely to cause confusion regarding its affiliation with AmeriMark.com). Some examples of these keywords include, but are not limited to:

"AmeriMark.com", "Amerimark.com", "amerimark.com", "AmeriMark ", "AmeriMarked.com", "AmeriMarks.com", "Ameri Mark.com", "AmeriMark .com" , "AmeriMarkcom", "Ameri Mark .com", "AmeriMark com" , "BeautyBoutique.com", "Beauty Boutique", "AnthonyRichards.com", "Complements", "Complements by Anthony Richards", "Essentials", "Essentials by Anthony Richards", "HealthyLiving.com", "Healthy Living", "Windsor", "Windsor Collection".

If we reject your application, you are welcome to reapply to the AmeriMark Affiliate Partner Program after altering your website and deleting all offending content. Please reference the LinkShare "Join Programs" guidelines to reapply.

AmeriMark.com at its sole discretion, may modify this list from time to time to include any other word or phrase. The process may take some time and you will receive notice when it is complete.

If you fail to meet the terms of our agreement, or if we determine your website is not suitable for the Affiliate Partner Program for any reason, we reserve the right to remove you from the AmeriMark Affiliate Partner Program at any time.
