Once a customer comes to our site through a link with an affiliate tracking code, there is no possible way that it could be changed or altered, even by us. The sale is automatically credited to the code that the customer came in on. We have used this system for our own marketing efforts for nearly 10 years, and the system is designed so that it can not be tampered with or altered so that we (and now you) can get clear and accurate results.Because we are an in-house affiliate program, there is also no way your tracking code can be altered on your site by adware or spyware. We are not part of an affiliate network, so our URLs are unique to our site and therefore not susceptible to third party tampering.
You have a phone number on your site, so how can my sales be tracked if someone calls their order in?
We like to think that a full service call center is a help to you, not a hurt. If you have some concerns about how the call center will affect your sales, please contact us. You will get commission for every sale a customer places through your link and every order they place within the 14 day time period after they click on the link. Amerimark.com processes its reports once a week. You will be able to access reports that tell you how many clicks went to certain product from your site, how many of a certain item was sold by you, how many sales and how much in sales you made, and any cancels and returns that you may have had. These reports will be in aggregate for the month. Meaning that the first week of the month your reports will be only for that week. The second week of the month, the reports will be for the first two weeks of that month, and so on.What happens if someone clicks on a link through my site but goes back later to buy the product without going through my site?
You get credit for a sale for up to 14 days after a person clicks on your link. Amerimark.com uses cookies to give credit to you if the person returns within two weeks to make a purchase, even if they don’t use your link to make the purchase.What if a customer returns or cancels their order?
We wait until the 10th of the month to process your commission so that any cancellations can be figured into the commission amount at that time. We process returns two months later and the amount charged back from returns is then deducted from the current month’s commission.Can I advertise amerimark.com along with other merchants?

If you decide that you would no longer like to be an amerimark.com affiliate, you may quit at any time. You just need to inform us in writing that you are quitting the program and your final payment, regardless of whether it above the $25 minimum or not, will be processed. Your tracking code will be turned off at that time and you will be unable to collect anymore commissions from that code. You may re-apply to the program at any time.What do the different report types mean?
There are 3 types of reports that an affiliate can run to keep track of his or her progress. The product report provides the list of products that you offer to your customers. The sales report provides details of your sale activity within selected period. The click report provides click statistic of products and or categories you selected to be offered to your customers.What is the difference between product links and category links?
We offer our affiliates the ability to generate product links that will be used to link an affiliate's customers to one particular amerimark.com product. Category links offer our affiliates the convenience of linking an affiliate customer with many items in the same category. For example, if an affiliate selects "Save 70% or more!" category, all the traffic will be linked to all amerimark.com products in the "Save 70% or more!" category.
